This is an invitation to spend a few hours exploring
‘how to’ elicit the beautiful sounds and energies of crystal bowls

 
Some questions we might explore are:
•    the individuality of different bowls
•    what different ways I can play my bowl?
•    which tools do I use to elicit different colors of sound?
•    which combinations of bowls produce sounds that feel calming,      peaceful, discordant or challenging?
•    what is happening in our energy fields when the bowls are being played
•    what does the formula “Frequency + Intention = Manifestation  mean
•    what are the different ways we can use the bowls in healing?

 
Each crystal bowl has its own special fundamental frequency with a series of inherent overtones. When two tones (or bowls) are played together, their fundamental tones and overtones spiral and interact. These tones are vibrations interacting with vibrations. Eventually a new fundamental tone with its own overtones evolves. Some of this we can hear and feel because we are vibration. The rest we are open to intuit. It is especially the overtones (harmonics) that interact with our subtle energy fields.   If you do not understand this now, don’t worry!
 
Please bring your own bowl if you have one and a meditation cushion.
