In this section you will find some descriptions and suggestions to my creative/transformative use of Sacred Sounds and Imagary: leading you deeper into your own magnificence!

This picture was taken at a ‘Creative Heart Retreat’. We meditated on what our own hearts desired us to create in our lives, we journaled, drew, wrote poetry, and then together expressed these creations, manifesting them into the NOW, together, through Sacred Sounds.

One of the women reported that she had been 'down in the doldrums' for the past few years, and this process lifted her spirits so much that she went forth with new vigor.

I would say: in touch with her own Magnificence, expressing her own beautiful Essence.
